At Anylife, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our specific return policy below:

Return Window ⏳

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns ✅

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as received (unused and unassembled)
  • Includes all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process 📦

To initiate a return, please email us at support@anylifesports.com for approval. Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label to send the item back to Anylife's warehouse. Please note that both return shipping costs and any replacement costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues ⚠️

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 🚫

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Used or assembled items: Items that have been used or assembled cannot be returned.
  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Accessories: Some accessories may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

Exchanges 🔄

To ensure you receive the item you want, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 💵

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at support@anylifesports.com.
